Adeniji is a business advisory consultant whose main focus is the development of capacity, framework and structure needed for SMEs in Africa to succeed.

As a business analyst, he offers an excellent niche in: Business Intelligence (BI), Process development, Strategy Design, Business Optimization, Innovation Management, Monitoring & Evaluation (M & E), and the development of a symbiotic CSR model for organizations.

With a first degree in Computer Science, he holds an Executive Masters Certificate in Project Management (Project Management College, UK). He holds a certificate in Organizational Analysis from Stanford University and Innovation Management from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

He also holds an Executive mini-MBA in Leadership and Management from Accra Business School Accra, Ghana. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and Member of The Board Room Institute, Ghana. Currently, he is running an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology Washington DC.

Adeniji is a U.S Carrington Youth Fellow, YALI RLC Fellow, and African Young Leaders Fellowship Programme Fellow.
Adeniji has led many business decisions and processes that resulted in increased revenue and played strategic roles in organizational growth.
