Abiodun Akala is an accountant with more than five(5) years of relevant experience in the field of audit, accounting and finance. He started his accounting career as an auditor at SIAO PARTNERS where he participated in audit activities across various industries of the Nigerian Economy. Abiodun also worked as an accountant at Syscodes Communications Ltd where he oversaw the financial activities of the firm. He then worked as a Supply Chain Controlling Officer at FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc where he partners and control supply chain activities by providing enabling insight for business decisions in the organisation. Currently, he works as a Financial Reporting and Controlling Analyst where he reports, coordinate and control the financial affairs of the organization across all sections of finance. He also works as a Partner, Finance and Administration at Pelse Consulting where he directs, co-ordinates and manage the finance function.

Abiodun is an accounting graduate who also hold: a certificate of proficiency in Human Resources Administration from UK Human Resources Institute, a Global Social Entrepreneurship Certificate from Philanthropy University, an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), in addition he is currently a Strategic Professional Student Member of ACCA, He holds a Certificate in Risk Management from International Business Management Institute, Berlin, Germany. Abiodun also holds an executive mini-MBA in Leadership and Management from Accra Business School. He is a Fellow of the African Young Leaders Fellowship Program and a Member of the Boardroom Institute.

Abiodun was a Global Youth Ambassador with Their World, A world at School (UK) where he advocated for “Education for all”. He was also a Global Youth Ambassador at ROI Africa and he was the pioneer President of Food and Drug Quality Control Community Development Group at Ede South Community, Osun State. Nigeria. He is a member of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) and the Global Socio-Economic and Financial Evolution Network Africa (GSFEN-Arica).
